About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute end-to-end order fulfillment workflows, ensuring accurate and timely provisioning of software and software subscriptions
Generate and deliver license entitlements, activation keys, and access credentials through integrated systems
Ensure customers are successfully onboarded and activated with minimal friction
Ensure compliance with U.S. export control regulations by validating customer, product, and geographic eligibility prior to fulfillment of export-controlled software and licensing
Manage customer lifecycle activities within TrustedCare, including user onboarding, access provisioning, and entitlement management to support a seamless activation experience
Provide ongoing TrustedCare support, resolving access, provisioning, and platform-related inquiries to ensure consistent and high-quality customer experiences
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps and implement scalable improvements
Communicate proactively with internal stakeholders to resolve fulfillment issues quickly

Requirements

What you’ll need

Exceptional attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy and accountability
A strong desire to partner with cross-functional teams to drive operational outcomes
Adaptability to shift priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
The ability to operate independently with minimal direction and oversight
Familiarity with SaaS or software delivery processes
Experience working with enterprise business systems such as Salesforce, Oracle EBS, etc.
Experience in a service or manufacturing environment utilizing integrated business systems
Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
