About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive and execute membership growth strategies at regional and chapter levels across South Asia and APAC
  • Tailor and implement localized recruitment initiatives to seize market opportunities
  • Optimize chapter growth through data-driven analytics and monitor growth metrics
  • Organize and support recruitment events, growth model implementations, campaigns, and new chapter launches
  • Collaborate with member leaders, Growth Directors, Growth Experts, Membership Experts, Membership Chairs, chapter staff, and regional teams
  • Lead onboarding and transition processes for new Growth Directors and Membership Experts, including 90-day ramp-up plans
  • Support prioritized market and chapter-launch business cases, co-investment plans, and operational recommendations
  • Identify at-risk chapters and develop sustainability and stabilization growth plans
  • Manage systems, reporting, documentation, action-item follow-through, and accountability for growth progress
  • Equip recruitment experts with updated tools, templates, and onboarding materials
  • Track recruitment red flags, training needs, operational blockers, prospect journey health, and application pipelines
  • Manage and deliver Membership Chair onboarding, yearly checklists, role orientation, and transition support
  • Support chapter recruitment initiatives, market segmentation, feeder programs, and adapted recruitment and launch activities
  • Manage the application process for new applicants and integrate new chapters into global and regional support systems
  • Track regional growth targets and investment plans and execute strategies to increase mega chapters
  • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and nonprofit best practices
  • Liaise with MFDs for accountability, support, and best-practice sharing
  • Generate and distribute growth team reports
  • Lead and participate in launch and recruitment events
  • Optimize technology capabilities supporting recruitment
  • Gather and analyze investment plans and support Growth Portfolio priorities, chapter launches, recruitment campaigns, and regional growth initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in a growth or development role
  • 3 years of project management experience required, with a track record of successful project delivery
  • Preferred experience working with entrepreneurial incubators, accelerators, or non-profit organizations
  • Preferred experience in event management, including handling program budgets and coordinating marketing efforts
  • Ability to interact with entrepreneurs and stakeholders with tact, diplomacy, and poise
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Superior writing and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Monday.com, and other relevant tools and technologies
  • Collaborative self-starter able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and solution-based thinking
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
  • Comfort and proficiency working across cultures, geographies, and time zones
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Experience using data analytics to drive growth and optimize recruitment strategies
  • Ability to travel as required to support regional and chapter growth initiatives
  • Ability to participate in occasional early morning/evening meetings across time zones
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
  • Ability to lift/move up to 5 kgs, as applicable
