About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review and synthesize monthly meeting notes from Growth Membership Managers across four global super-regions
- Identify recurring recruitment themes, trends, and co-investment plan crossover opportunities
- Provide growth summaries and trend reports to senior growth leadership
- Schedule, organize, and manage internal and external Growth Portfolio team calls
- Create and manage Growth WhatsApp groups and other communication tools
- Draft and distribute monthly newsletters and stakeholder updates
- Support logistics, content development, and coordination for growth-related events, including GLC and VCOT sessions
- Serve as the first point of contact for membership qualification and inquiries
- Track, update, oversee, and coordinate new-member and prospect applications
- Provide operational support for membership activities, including regional onboarding and training
- Support “Coming Soon” chapter development through application processing and launch preparation
- Coordinate with regional staff, tech support, and administrative teams for chapter setup and integration
- Maintain project trackers, timelines, deliverables, and task lists
- Prepare documentation, meeting notes, and follow-up communications
- Manage external vendors for Growth Portfolio projects as needed
- Conduct monthly audits and updates for growth leadership
- Design and manage surveys, feedback forms, and application reviews
- Monitor engagement and application flow and identify operational improvements
- Serve as primary liaison for Leadership Development across Recruitment, Member Engagement, and Accelerator Teams
- Align leadership development resources and initiatives with EO’s growth portfolio goals
- Support frameworks, processes, and models for the growth leadership community
- Perform additional duties supporting growth and organizational expansion
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, a related field, or equivalent industry experience
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in a growth or development role
- 3 years of project management experience required, with a track record of successful project delivery
- Proven track record of driving growth initiatives and achieving membership targets within membership-based organizations or associations is preferred
- Experience guiding cross-functional teams to execute strategic growth initiatives
- Experience in event management, including handling program budgets and coordinating marketing efforts, is preferred
- Ability to interact with entrepreneurs and stakeholders with tact, diplomacy, and poise
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Superior writing and presentation skills
- Advanced skills in CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and data analytics platforms
- Collaborative self-starter able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and solution-based thinking
- Flexibility and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
- Comfort and proficiency working across cultures, geographies, and time zones
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Experience using data analytics to drive growth and optimize recruitment strategies
- Ability to travel as required to support regional and chapter growth initiatives
