About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • inform Senior Leadership on strategic financial decision-making across the association’s global portfolio of events, products, and programs
  • partner with budget liaisons to analyze efficient performance, strengthen operational processes, and provide transparent reporting
  • evaluate where resources are producing the greatest impact
  • ensure the organization deploys staff time, travel spend, and program investment effectively

  • identify current operational gaps within finance workflows and provide shared solutions
  • audit products/programs to identify opportunities for efficiencies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8–12+ years in finance, operations, or analytics roles with 3+ years in cross-functional or program-facing positions
  • Bachelor of Science in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field required
  • Proficiency with financial systems and reporting tools
  • working knowledge of SAP Concur or comparable T&E platforms
  • Nonprofit or membership-based organization experience (chapter s) a plus
