Key responsibilities & impact

inform Senior Leadership on strategic financial decision-making across the association’s global portfolio of events, products, and programs
partner with budget liaisons to analyze efficient performance, strengthen operational processes, and provide transparent reporting
evaluate where resources are producing the greatest impact
ensure the organization deploys staff time, travel spend, and program investment effectively

Requirements

What you’ll need

8–12+ years in finance, operations, or analytics roles with 3+ years in cross-functional or program-facing positions
Bachelor of Science in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field required
Proficiency with financial systems and reporting tools
working knowledge of SAP Concur or comparable T&E platforms
Nonprofit or membership-based organization experience (chapter s) a plus
