About the role
- Support Entrepreneurs’ Organization by engaging staff professionals working with EO’s Chapters.
- Act as the primary liaison between EO’s internal teams and EO’s chapter staff.
- Ensure EO Chapter Staff professionals are equipped and aligned with the organization’s strategic goals.
- Drive operational consistency, resource management, and cross-functional coordination.
- Monitor and evaluate project outcomes to improve operations and deliver value to the chapter staff community.
- Establish and maintain the global training lifecycle and onboarding framework for Chapter Staff.
- Develop initiatives to foster community amongst EO’s Chapter Staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, communications, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in community engagement, project management, or related role in a non-profit or membership-based organization.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, with a talent for balancing multiple projects and priorities.
- Experience working with community engagement, communication and project management tools.
- Experience working with reporting dashboards, CRM systems, LMS platforms, or digital resource hubs.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
