Lead the organizational approach to member-facing policies and procedures
Serve as a trusted advisor to the Chair of the Governance Committee
Triage Governance complaints and potential legal issues
Manage proactive and reactive changes to EO’s governing documents
Develop strategies to mature policies and processes in governance and risk disciplines
Manage critical incident reporting according to management’s risk framework
Conduct train-the-trainer programs for the Governance Committee members
Develop and deploy training for chapter leaders on chapter governance framework
Requirements
10+ years (or equivalent) related experience
Global experience in both profit and not-for-profit organizations
Excellent ability to work in matrix and cross-collaboration environments
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Exercise confidentiality and discretion
Impeccable attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast paced and high-pressure environment.
