About the role
- Transform entrepreneurial lives as an exceptional Business Coach.
- Support up to 60 ambitious entrepreneurs with tailored strategies to multiply their revenue.
- Provide rigorous, personalized follow-up for each client, using advanced tools to monitor progress.
- Deploy innovative frameworks across key areas: Sales, Marketing & Funnels, Media Buying, Mindset & Leadership, Social Media & Content, Finance & Structuring, Management & Communication.
- Collaborate closely with the department lead to develop frameworks, training modules, and other educational materials.
Requirements
- Proven track record with over 5 years of experience in business coaching or strategic consulting, supported by tangible results.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a substantial client portfolio without compromising the quality of support.
- Deep expertise in at least three of the areas listed above.
- Exceptional organizational skills: extremely effective at time and priority management.
- Excellent communication skills: able to inspire, motivate, and provide constructive redirection with empathy.
- Full commitment: prepared to invest fully in client success and to be an integral part of our mission.
