About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, and patient messages.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 1 year of experience supporting U.S. healthcare accounts through a medical practice, BPO, CPO, or freelance healthcare environment.
  • Advanced bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
  • Neutral or minimal English accent with excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using EMR/EHR systems.
  • Experience with insurance eligibility verification.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Comfortable interacting directly with patients in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
  • Degree or coursework in an Allied Health field (preferred).
  • Experience supporting U.S. physicians or medical practices (preferred).
