Head of Marketing

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute the company's overall go-to-market strategy.
- Define brand positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation.
- Build scalable demand generation initiatives that support revenue growth.
- Align marketing efforts with company objectives and long-term business goals.
- Own marketing pipeline generation and performance metrics.
- Develop strategies across outbound, content, paid media, partnerships, and events.
- Create scalable lead generation systems that consistently produce qualified opportunities.
- Monitor marketing performance and optimize initiatives based on measurable business outcomes.
- Define the company's voice and market positioning.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality content, case studies, sales enablement materials, and thought leadership assets.
- Ensure consistent messaging across every customer touchpoint.
- Design and implement AI-powered workflows that improve marketing efficiency and scalability.
- Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack, including CRM and automation platforms.
- Build reporting systems and dashboards to track KPIs and marketing performance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership, sales, and strategic partners.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources based on business impact and ROI.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership roles.
- Proven success building B2B demand generation programs that generated measurable pipeline and revenue.
- Experience leading marketing strategy within SaaS, technology, digital marketing, or agency environments.
- Strong understanding of AI-powered marketing workflows and automation.
- Experience managing marketing budgets, KPIs, forecasting, and revenue-focused initiatives.
- Advanced experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Exceptional writing, messaging, and storytelling abilities.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
