About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage day-to-day operations of creator and affiliate programs across multiple client accounts
Respond to creator inquiries using approved messaging templates
Support creators with questions related to campaigns, samples, commissions, and account information
Escalate complex or sensitive issues to appropriate team members
Review and process creator sample requests
Approve or decline requests based on established brand guidelines
Evaluate creators for brand fit, content quality, engagement, and compliance
Review submitted content to ensure alignment with campaign requirements
Communicate blockers and workload concerns proactively

Requirements

What you’ll need

1+ year of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, social commerce, customer support, e-commerce, or digital marketing
Strong written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable following established processes while maintaining high accuracy
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2) with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience using TikTok Shop Seller Center or Affiliate Center desired
Experience supporting influencer or affiliate campaigns preferred
Familiarity with creator outreach and content moderation preferred
Agency or multi-client experience desired
Experience working with spreadsheets, project management tools, or CRM platforms preferred
