- We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead this high-impact team, shaping technical direction, mentoring and growing engineering talent, delivering products core to Entrata’s success.
- You’ll work closely with product, design, and operations leaders to ensure we’re solving the right problems with scalable, elegant solutions.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing engineers in a product-focused environment.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams in the adoption and effective use of AI-powered development tools (e.g., Cursor AI, GitHub Copilot, Tabnine) to accelerate code generation, improve refactoring and debugging, and drive overall engineering efficiency.
- Proven track record leading teams that ship and operate cloud-based software at scale.
- Strong technical foundation with knowledge of modern architectures (e.g., microservices, event-driven systems) and the software development lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to align technical execution to business goals.
- A leadership style that emphasizes empathy, mentorship, and empowering others to succeed.
