About the role
- Generate qualified leads and build a robust project pipeline aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and manage customer and partner relationships across industrial and commercial sectors.
- Drive partnership development from initial engagement through to contracted projects.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, commercial offers, and bid submissions.
- Lead and support negotiations and deal closure with clients and partners.
- Market Expansion & Brand Positioning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field.
- 5–7+ years of B2B business development, sales, or deal origination experience.
- Strong understanding of the commercial landscape and business culture in Vietnam.
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English (written and verbal).
