About the role
- Own overall day-to-day relationship with assigned clients for all event technology product technical requirements
- Build events in assigned vendor platforms
- Develop, prepare, and nurture customers for advocacy
- Work to identify and/or develop upsell opportunities during the sales cycle
- Advocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentally
- Program manage account escalations
- Participation contributing to team meetings; providing client updates on development and production problems.
Requirements
- 3+ years building corporate events websites in Cvent, incentives, SKOs and User Conferences
- Proven ability to drive continuous value of our product(s).
- Familiarity working with clients of all sizes.
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail oriented and analytical.
- Strong team player but still a self-starter.
- Thrives in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly.
- Certified in Cvent
- Preferred experience with Salesforce or other Force.com platforms
- Preferred experience with other event platforms such as Rainfocus, Swoogo, etc.
- Proficient in Office software.
- Prior experience in closing sales deals at the executive level a plus
