About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze enterprise-wide financial results and trends, identifying key drivers of performance and providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Evaluate growth initiatives and business models, assessing their impact on operating margin, scalability, and long-term financial sustainability.
- Develop and apply capital allocation frameworks such as RONA and risk-adjusted return methodologies to support investment decisions and improve capital efficiency.
- Lead rigorous analysis of complex business cases, including investments, new initiatives, and strategic decisions, ensuring strong financial and risk evaluation.
- Partner with business leaders, Finance teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to align assumptions, refine strategies, and influence enterprise-level decision-making.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred
- 10 + years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategy roles
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, capital frameworks, and performance analysis
- Experience evaluating business models and influencing senior leadership decisions
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate complex insights into actionable recommendations
- Advanced Excel and financial systems experience
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
