About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the development and ongoing management of enterprise-wide operating expense budgets and forecasts
  • Establish and enforce standards for discretionary spending, financial policies, and expense governance
  • Deliver timely and high-quality expense reporting, including variance analysis and performance insights
  • Evaluate business cases for headcount, discretionary spending, and strategic investments
  • Collaborate closely with division leaders, cost center managers, IT, Procurement, Legal, and Finance leadership to support decision-making

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced certification preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, expense management, or cost governance
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills
  • Experience influencing stakeholders and supporting enterprise decision-making
  • Advanced Excel and financial systems experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
