About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the development and ongoing management of enterprise-wide operating expense budgets and forecasts
Establish and enforce standards for discretionary spending, financial policies, and expense governance
Deliver timely and high-quality expense reporting, including variance analysis and performance insights
Evaluate business cases for headcount, discretionary spending, and strategic investments
Collaborate closely with division leaders, cost center managers, IT, Procurement, Legal, and Finance leadership to support decision-making

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced certification preferred
5+ years of experience in FP&A, expense management, or cost governance
Strong analytical and modeling skills
Experience influencing stakeholders and supporting enterprise decision-making
Advanced Excel and financial systems experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
