About the role
- Assist the Director of FP&A with daily transactions, processes and compliance for Enterprise Community Development.
- Lead the preparation of accurate and timely financial management reports including financial statements, budgets, forecasts.
- Work closely with cost center managers to determine staffing levels and operating expenses for budgets and forecasts.
- Produce monthly and quarterly financial and management reports, including supporting the preparation of Board materials.
- Analyze, research, reconcile and resolve variances between budgeted/forecasted and actual results.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent required.
- CPA or CFA designation or working towards designation strongly preferred.
- 2 to 4 years of accounting or finance experience in a corporate accounting environment.
- Experience being the lead for preparing budgets and forecasts and performing financial analysis.
- Proficient with Excel and Word and ability to quickly learn new software and systems required.
- Knowledge of real estate terminology and concepts preferred.
