Sales Development Representative, India

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Your #1 goal and priority – To create pipeline (opportunities) for our Country Manager - Sales so they can close deals.
- Prospect & Outreach – Connect with our ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and connect via email, LinkedIn, calls and at events.
- Qualify Leads – Use BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timing) to qualify the opportunity.
- Book Sales Meetings – Secure discovery calls, meetings and demos.
- Engage Inbound Leads – Respond quickly to website inquiries, webinar sign-ups, and marketing leads.
- Use AI & Automation – Leverage tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or Lusha for efficiency.
- Consistently Hit KPIs – Reach your KPI goals and track your activities in Hubspot (calls, emails, meetings booked).
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluency in English is required
- Previous experience in SaaS sales is mandatory
- Be hungry for success, extremely motivated and positive
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong pitching, convincing and closing skills
- 1-3 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative in a B2B SaaS software company, with a proven track record of generating successful leads
- Hands-on experience with various sales and qualification techniques (BANT, MEDDPICC)
- Consistently achieved sales targets and quotas
- Proficiency with Hubspot or Salesforce (for us, data hygiene is one of the most important things)
