About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist the CRA Manager with documentation, tracking and analysis of lending data
  • Ensure the Bank's compliance with HMDA and CRA reporting requirements
  • Accountable for the compilation, submission and accuracy of the HMDA and CRA Loan Application Registers (LARs)
  • Conduct an independent review and validation of loan data to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Monitor and review changes in laws and regulations regarding HMDA and CRA

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum two (2) years' experience and working knowledge of consumer protection laws and regulations that impact financial institutions, including HMDA and CRA required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • CRA Software knowledge, including RiskExec
