About the role
- You implement Salesforce solutions and advise our clients on optimizing their business processes.
- You actively participate in requirements analysis and take responsibility for configuring and implementing Salesforce modules.
- You prepare client workshops (e.g., requirements gathering or key-user trainings) and conduct them confidently.
- You support PreSales meetings and present compelling demo systems to excite potential clients about our solutions.
- Depending on your prior experience, you will deepen your expertise during the onboarding phase through certifications in Sales Cloud or Service Cloud or other relevant Salesforce products.
- Depending on your interests, you have the option to take on additional responsibilities with us in areas that suit you — whether in internal projects or as a mentor for less experienced colleagues.
Requirements
- Experience in software consulting; ideally you have already successfully supported projects in the Salesforce environment
- Knowledge of the Salesforce platform or strong interest in acquiring the necessary skills
- Knowledge of agile project management methods (e.g., Scrum)
- Degree in (business) computer science, business administration, engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Team player with clear, goal-oriented communication skills to prepare complex technical matters for the target audience
- Independent working style, strong customer and solution orientation
- At least fluent German and English skills.
