About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create and improve PowerPoint presentations (clear, visual, structured)
Design simple learning materials using Canva or similar tools
Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and is visually consistent
Transform raw information into clean and easy-to-understand content
Support video editing (cutting, subtitles, basic enhancements)
Assist in recording setups using tools like OBS
Improve the visual quality of training materials and recordings
Upload, manage, and organize content in the LMS (Enteractive Academy)
Ensure training materials are updated and correctly structured
Support the preparation of training sessions and sandbox activities
Maintain content repositories (e.g., Slite, shared folders)
Support day-to-day tasks within the Training team
Help coordinate materials for training sessions
Assist in creating and updating training content
Provide basic Excel support (tracking, formatting, simple reports)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Basic knowledge of PowerPoint, Canva, video editing tools, and Excel
English level: C1
Strong attention to detail
Organised and structured way of working
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Interest or basic knowledge in iGaming (Nice to Have)
Experience with LMS platforms (Nice to Have)
Experience supporting training, content, or admin tasks (Nice to Have)
Eye for design and aesthetics (Nice to Have)
