About the role

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Contact clients on our existing customer list and provide quotes for products and services
  • Develop relationships with customers and keep up to date on their ongoing and future projects
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our products and processes so that you can answer any questions the customers may have
  • Work with Estimating, Program Management, Art and Engineering to ensure we are building the product to the customer’s specifications and the project is being managed in a timely manner to meet the customer’s deadline

Requirements

  • Preferred sales experience in the Sign Industry (Preferably in Franchise Sales) with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
  • Must work well with cross-functional teams and other departments
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Customer oriented with strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Must work well in a fast-paced environment with many projects running concurrently
  • Self-motivated and eager to succeed
  • Familiarity with ERP software systems
