About the role
- Design and implement a scalable, future-ready digital training program aligned with business transformation goals
- Oversee a Digital Learning Specialist and guide the creation of engaging learning content, including videos and interactive modules
- Conduct learning needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend the most effective instructional strategies and technologies
- Develop and source high-quality digital learning experiences—online courses, microlearning, toolkits, and more
- Select and implement delivery methods that maximize learner engagement, accessibility, and retention
- Partner with internal SMEs to co-create relevant, impactful training content
- Evaluate learning outcomes and continuously improve programs based on feedback and performance data
- Ensure all learning initiatives meet quality standards and reflect the latest in adult learning and digital education trends
- Drive a framework for training efforts within our Digital Transformation projects, supporting our Change Management Team
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in related field with 7+ years of experience in training strategy, instructional design, or digital learning
- Proven ability to lead learning initiatives in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Strong background in adult learning principles and digital education
- Experience managing or mentoring team members
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Outstanding Candidates Will Have:
- Experience creating video-based learning content
- Background in IT, digital transformation, or technology training
- Familiarity with change management frameworks and digital adoption strategies
