About the role

  • Serve as a premium high-value Account Manager, ensuring regular one-on-one communications with a select group of customers to provide a positive experience, answer inquiries, and resolve issues.
  • Utilise player profiling data to generate targeted, personalised promotions, manage events and hospitality, and communicate with customers.
  • Focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, always prioritising customer needs.
  • Represent the company and host customers at weekly & monthly events and premier sports and racing events.
  • Proactively manage Safer Gambling (SG) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) practices for premium customers, advocating for safer gambling across Entain, the industry, and the broader community, ensuring compliance with regulated practices.
  • Identify potential high-value customers, ensure long-term loyalty, and consolidate play to increase share of wallet, while providing weekly progress reports and recommendations to management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management or a similar client-facing role, preferably in the information technology and services industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other account management tools.
  • A solid understanding of data analysis and reporting to drive account performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and manage client expectations efficiently.
