Security Engineer

• Responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and management of all security operations across port facilities
• Ensure compliance with national and international maritime security regulations
• Protect port assets and personnel, maintain the safe, secure, and uninterrupted flow of cargo and vessels
• Lead risk management, emergency preparedness, and coordination with government agencies and private stakeholders
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve the Port Security Program and Security Master Plans
• Establish security policies, procedures, and standards aligned with port operations and business objectives
• Advise executive leadership on security risks, trends, and mitigation strategies
• Manage 24/7 security operations across terminals, gates, waterfronts, and restricted areas
• Conduct security risk assessments, vulnerability analyses, and threat evaluations
• Lead port security incident response, investigations, and after-action reviews
• Act as a key member of the Port Emergency Management Team
• Lead, train, and evaluate security management and contracted security personnel
• Develop and manage the security department budget and capital investments

Accounts Receivable

• Coordinate with business development and operations teams to gather billing information.
• Calculate customer billing based on activity logs and rate sheets.
• Ensure all invoices are accurate and include all necessary information.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide supporting documentation as required.
• Prepare and distribute regular billing statistics reports.
• Oversee payment posting to ensure timely and accurate application of payments and adjustments to customer accounts.
• Review and enhance AR policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
