About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of medium-scale products and features, from discovery through delivery
- Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned to customer needs
- Translate complex problems into actionable product requirements
- Partner closely with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams
- Leverage qualitative and quantitative data, user research, and market insights to inform decisions
- Drive the integration of AI-driven capabilities into the product
- Continuously evaluate product performance
- Advocate for the customer by deeply understanding user needs
- Collaborate within a high-performing, supportive team environment
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of product management experience, including managing the lifecycle of small to medium-scale products
- Strong ability to think strategically while executing tactically
- Demonstrated experience using data, research, and customer insights to inform product decisions
- Familiarity with or interest in AI/ML-driven product capabilities
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
