About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the development and execution of product marketing strategy, positioning, and messaging for assigned products and services, leveraging AI and analytics to inform decisions.
- Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer‑facing teams to align messaging with customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
- Contribute to the creation of value propositions, messaging frameworks, and competitive differentiation, using AI‑assisted research and synthesis where appropriate.
- Assist with the development of customer‑facing content—including website copy, landing pages, in‑app messaging, and product communications—using AI tools to increase efficiency, consistency, and quality.
- Support Sales and Customer‑facing teams by creating enablement materials, training content, and buyer insights, incorporating AI‑driven analysis of customer behavior and feedback.
- Participate in planning and execution of marketing initiatives such as campaigns, webinars, product updates, and launches, experimenting with AI to optimize reach and engagement.
- Analyze market data, customer feedback, and product performance using both traditional methods and AI‑enabled insights to surface recommendations.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to support coordinated, scalable, and data‑informed product launches.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or a related role.
- Experience supporting SaaS or technology‑driven products, ideally within AI‑enabled platforms.
- Experience contributing to go‑to‑market initiatives or product launches.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to enhance research, content development, analysis, or workflow efficiency.
- Experience developing messaging, sales enablement materials, or customer‑facing content.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
- Experience with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Payments is preferred.
