About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Leading customer onboarding and implementation projects by mapping technical integrations, defining milestones, coordinating stakeholders, training clinical teams, and configuring diagnostic workflows for successful go-live
Managing multiple customer initiatives simultaneously, ensuring project timelines, technical dependencies, and communication plans stay on track
Driving technical issue resolution from initial discovery through root-cause analysis, solution design, implementation, validation, and customer communication
Partnering directly with sleep technologists, physicians, IT teams, and operational leaders to gather feedback, identify workflow improvement opportunities, and implement configuration enhancements
Translating customer needs into actionable product feedback and improve the overall customer experience
Developing scalable documentation, implementation playbooks, troubleshooting guides, and operational processes that improve consistency as EnsoData grows
Advising customer teams on workflow optimization, adoption strategies, and best practices to maximize clinical efficiency, diagnostic accuracy, and long-term success with EnsoSleep

Requirements

What you’ll need

1-5 years of experience in customer support as a technical problem solver, customer support engineer, sales/solutions engineer, hospital clinical engineering practitioner, or as a clinician providing technical support to fellow clinicians
3+ years in a healthcare or healthcare adjacent role preferred
Experience writing and reading software through:
Bachelor's degree including programming coursework (preferably Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Health Informatics, or a related technical field)
Graduation from a development bootcamp
Professional experience in writing software on-the-job
Technical knowledge: Proficiency in SQL, APIs, and healthcare data standards (HL7)
Problem solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex networking, cloud infrastructure, or data mapping issues
Project management: Experience managing technical milestones and communicating status to stakeholders; PMP a bonus
Soft skills: Clinical empathy - the ability to speak technical jargon with IT and value-based outcomes with clinicians
Communication: Demonstrated ability to ask technical questions of non-technical end-users, translate their expressed feedback into required changes, and communicate back timelines
Previous experience at startup, tech, software engineering, or similar company a plus
Ability to travel approximately 15% of the calendar year
