About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Performing admitting duties for all patients admitted for services at the hospital
  • Assigning accurate MRNs and completing medical necessity / compliance checks
  • Collecting insurance information and processing physician orders
  • Conducting audits of accounts and assuring statistical data to Patient Access leadership
  • Responsible for the pre-registration of patient accounts prior to patient visits
  • Explaining general consent for treatment forms to the patient/guarantor/legal guardian

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Required Certification: CRCR required within 6 months of hire (Company Paid)
  • Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI to explore better processes
