About the role
- Responsible for obtaining patient insurance and financial information to determine estimates and collect on estimated patient liabilities
- Carry out notifications to recently discharged bedded patients that did not pay estimated liabilities
- Partner in daily cashiering responsibilities as assigned by client
- Responsible for flat-rate contracts, bundled services, and all applicable self-pay options
- Collaborate with Case Management and/or Utilization Management regarding regulatory form completion
Requirements
- 1 - 3 years of customer service experience
- High School Diploma/GED Required
- CRCR Required within 9 months of hire
