About the role
- Support the designated leadership team in Revenue Cycle in selection and development of Accounts Receivable department staff
- Assist team members with problematic claims and operational processes
- Develop short and long-term plans to improve revenue
- Work with insurance companies to identify reasons for denied payments
- Empower staff to develop methods of process improvement
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years management experience in healthcare industry
- Medicare and Medicaid billing experience required
- HIS computer systems knowledge (i.e. Epic, Cerner, Meditech, etc)
- Intermediate experience in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent verbal skills.
