About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for performing admitting duties for all patients admitted for services at the hospital.
  • Assign accurate MRNs, complete medical necessity / compliance checks, collect insurance information, and provide proper patient instructions.
  • Operate the telephone switchboard to relay incoming, outgoing and inter-office calls.
  • Conduct audits of accounts and assure all forms are completed accurately and timely.
  • Responsible for the pre-registration of patient accounts prior to patient visits.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • High School Diploma/GED Required
  • CRCR Required within 9 months of hire (Company Paid)
