About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Reviewing benefits, estimating out-of-pocket costs, facilitating payment arrangements
- Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements
- Maintain consistent communication and collaboration with personnel that receive patient inquiries
- Address billing and coverage inquiries and maintain accurate account documentation
- Research and respond to account inquiries in a timely manner
- Communicate patterns and trends with other departments to improve work standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3-5 years' experience in multiple areas of the revenue cycle
- High School diploma/GED required
- CRCR Required within 6 months of hire
- Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI
- Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent experience in Healthcare Management / Administration preferred
