Key responsibilities & impact

Provide personalized guidance to help patients understand and manage healthcare-related financial obligations
Review benefits, estimate out-of-pocket costs, facilitate payment arrangements

Requirements

What you’ll need

3-5 years' experience in multiple areas of the revenue cycle
Prior customer service and/or hospital experience preferred
High School diploma/GED required
CRCR Required within 6 months of hire
Must demonstrate openness to innovation including AI
