Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee the self-pay collections process
Manage bad debt inventory and placements
Ensure accurate billing and improve collection strategies
Provide detailed analysis and reports to leadership
Conduct reviews of deceased accounts
Review and resolve statement holds
Prepare and analyze reports on self-pay aging performance
Identify opportunities that impact aging self-pay AR
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Provide guidance and support to the self-pay operations team
Identify and implement process improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need

1 to 3 Years of work experience
Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) required within 9 months of hire -Company Paid
Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI to explore better processes and ways to alleviate friction and improve patient and client experiences.
2 Years/associate’s degree or equivalent experience
Microsoft Office experience
Revenue Cycle knowledge
Critical thinking
