About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for leading all Pre-Access related functions including administering, coordinating and reviewing the performance of their assigned Scheduling team
  • Identifying and implementing strategies to improve processes, promote operational efficiency, enhance the patient experience and meet regulatory compliance guidelines
  • Active engagement and collaboration with operational, client leadership and associates
  • Makes day-to-day leadership decisions
  • Achieves results by exercising influential leadership and providing impactful feedback

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of leadership experience
  • 7+ years of Revenue Cycle or Patient Access experience
  • Experience in healthcare provider finance operations or similar service environment required
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to project confidence, credibility and authority
  • Experience managing multiple health systems required
  • Demonstrated experience implementing strategic initiatives
  • Financial and project management experience required
  • Ability to effectively lead diverse teams and influence change management
  • Effective communication skills with ability to clearly convey information and ideas
  • Demonstrated use of KPIs to drive and track team performance
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and action planning abilities
  • Demonstrated usage of AI in process and technological improvements
