Key responsibilities & impact

Perform admitting duties for all patients admitted for services at the hospital
Assign accurate MRNs and complete medical necessity/compliance checks
Provide proper patient instructions and collect insurance information
Process physician orders and utilize overlay tool while providing excellent customer service
Adhere to policies and provide excellent customer service in telephone interactions
Conduct audits of accounts and ensure accuracy

Requirements

What you’ll need

1+ years of customer service experience
Inquisitive and openness to innovation including AI
High School Diploma/GED Required
CRCR Required within 9 months of hire
