About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide HR consulting services for assessment, strategy development, and implementation of organizational initiatives.
- Serve as an integral strategic business partner providing a broad spectrum of human resource support and leadership.
- Support large volume of management and employees in assigned client groups to meet their workforce needs.
- Partner with clients to understand and assess business direction based on current strategic plans.
- Participate in the analysis and interpretation of data (engagement, talent acquisition metrics, productivity, patient experience, etc.); and progress of HR related goals.
- Follow up with leadership regarding the status and progress of their action plans.
- Implement and support all aspects of employment needs to achieve business goals.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4 year/Bachelors Degree
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP or CRCR certification required
- At least three years of previous HR Business Partner experience
- Experience supporting 2,500 - 5,000 employees
- Knowledge of HR laws
- Familiarity with MS Office, Workday desired
- Role does require up to 50% travel
- Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI
