About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide HR consulting services for assessment, strategy development, and implementation of organizational initiatives.
Serve as an integral strategic business partner providing a broad spectrum of human resource support and leadership.
Support large volume of management and employees in assigned client groups to meet their workforce needs.
Partner with clients to understand and assess business direction based on current strategic plans.
Participate in the analysis and interpretation of data (engagement, talent acquisition metrics, productivity, patient experience, etc.); and progress of HR related goals.
Follow up with leadership regarding the status and progress of their action plans.
Implement and support all aspects of employment needs to achieve business goals.

Requirements

What you’ll need

4 year/Bachelors Degree
PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP or CRCR certification required
At least three years of previous HR Business Partner experience
Experience supporting 2,500 - 5,000 employees
Knowledge of HR laws
Familiarity with MS Office, Workday desired
Role does require up to 50% travel
Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI
