Establish processes and policies for Patient Access
Determine and set strategy for Patient Access
Improve processes, promote operational efficiency
Enhance patient experience, meet regulatory compliance guidelines
Provide vision, leadership, and operational oversight for all Patient Access functions
Actively engage and collaborate with stakeholders
Ensure staff awareness and compliance with all laws and regulations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or a combination of education and equivalent work experience
5+ years of Patient Access or Revenue Cycle leadership experience
Experience managing multiple health systems preferred
Demonstrated experience implementing strategic initiatives
Demonstrated advanced usage of AI
Strong executive presence
Ability to effectively lead diverse teams
Effective communication skills
Experience in healthcare provider finance operations or similar service environment
Certification: CRCR certification required within 9 months of employment (Ensemble supported)
