Key responsibilities & impact

Supports the Director of Revenue Cycle by leading and developing the billing department team
Oversees daily workflow and ensures adherence to best practices and client benchmarks
Manages hiring, onboarding, training, and performance of associates and supervisors
Addresses billing issues and monitors key performance indicators
Implements process improvements
Conducts team huddles and ensures quality assurance
Updates policies and procedures to align with departmental goals and strategic objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need

4 year/ Bachelors Degree
Minimum of three-five years of management experience in healthcare industry with professional billing experience preferred.
CRCR Required within 6 months of hire
Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI to explore better processes and ways to alleviate friction and improve patient and client experiences.
Excellent organizational skills, financial analysis, communication and problem solving.
