Key responsibilities & impact

Guiding patients through their financial journey during their stay at the facility
Screening self-pay patient’s bedside
Completing and submitting Medicaid, Disability and Financial Assistance applications
Triage financial questions and provide patient education

Requirements

What you’ll need

3 to 5 Years
Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent Experience
Experience in multiple areas of the revenue cycle is preferred
Prior Patient Access or Physician based experience is a plus
Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI
