Key responsibilities & impact

Oversees all Ensemble Health Partners Billing associates
Responsible for performance and effectiveness of the department
Monitor associates' time and attendance, productivity, QA reviews, and workflows
Ensure education and annual evaluations are provided
Facilitate compliant billing, improve revenue, and reduce denials
Monitor associates supporting paper biller and electronic biller functions
Work with Patient Access, Coding, Follow Up, Denials, and Revenue Management departments
