About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Leading the execution, quality, and continuous improvement of the assessment lifecycle from initiation through final executive readout and integration handoff.
- Providing day-to-day leadership for assessment delivery, ensuring standardized and timely execution, and partnering cross-functionally to deliver high-quality, client-ready outcomes.
- Maintaining and distributing Assessment project calendar and Assessment pipeline calendar.
- Creating organized files and directories.
- Creating, maintaining, and updating Assessment documents.
- Reviewing receipt of requested documents, including assessing whether documents received met specifications.
- Scheduling and coordinating daily rounding meetings with internal assessment team.
- Assisting Director and AVP with the reconciliation of the final deliverable documents.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3 to 5 years experience in healthcare and/or hospital revenue, preferably Acute hospital experience
- People Leadership Experience: 3 to 5 Years
- Bachelor's Degree, Healthcare Management/Administration or related field, preferred or equivalent experience
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- AI Visio
- Public Speaking
- Project Management
- Customer Service skills
- Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI to explore better processes and ways to alleviate friction and improve patient and client experiences
- HFMA Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) within 9 months of hire
