About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Day-to-day monitoring of cloud / on-prem resources
- Incident management including escalation
- Routine operations of Azure Virtual Desktop
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement and support Azure resources
- Troubleshoot, resolve & escalate incidents related to Azure services
- Ensure compliance with security standards and policies
- Conduct regular security assessments and Implement patches & vulnerability mitigation
- Optimize Azure resource usage to minimize costs
- Maintain detailed documentation of Azure infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures
- Provide telephony support to the US based users
- Provide training and guidance to other team members on Azure best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ Years experience in IT Operations
- Good Knowledge of Azure Cloud Environment
- AZ-900 and AZ-140 Certified
- In-depth Knowledge of Resource Monitoring, escalation & Incident Management
- Good Knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop
- Strong skills in scripting languages like KQL, PowerShell
