Privacy Associate Analyst
Ensemble Health PartnersSupport the compliance program through database management and analysis of compliance data. Ensure adherence to policies and assist in training and investigations.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the mission of the Ensemble Compliance Program through the management of the core databases utilized by the compliance team.
- Analysis of data for trends, patterns, and compliance with policies and procedures.
- Follow up as needed on reported compliance concerns.
- System administrator for Incident Management System and Policy Management system, developing and running reports.
- Monitor training activity for compliance and manage the compliance web pages.
- Develop surveys and monitor results of sanction screening done by a third-party vendor.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with HIPAA Privacy compliance in a hospital or health system setting.
- 1-year experience of Healthcare Compliance and HIPAA Privacy investigations or related skills demonstrating critical thinking and organizational skills.
- Expert experience in Microsoft Office.
- Previous project management experience.
- Strong analytical, investigative, and problem solving skills.
- Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI to explore better processes and ways to alleviate friction and improve patient and client experiences.
