Requirements

What you’ll need

12+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations
Proven success leading large-scale transformation initiatives
Strong understanding of healthcare operational workflows
Demonstrated ability to partner across Product, Technology, and Operations
Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with automation, analytics, AI, or emerging technologies applied to healthcare operations preferred
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MHA, or similar) preferred
