About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee strategic and operational functions for patient access and pre-access teams
  • Manage multi-site operations and monitor KPIs
  • Drive process improvements that enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction
  • Develop and manage departmental budgets and ensure compliance
  • Partner with leadership to implement initiatives optimizing front-end workflows
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and professional development for supervisors and staff
  • Serve as a liaison for internal and external stakeholders and resolve escalated issues

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) certification
  • Certified Healthcare Access Manager (CHAM) certification
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
  • Minimum 2 – 3 year's management experience in healthcare industry
  • Patient Access experience with managed care/insurance or call center preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft a must
  • Ability to balance numerous priorities
  • Ability to understand and master numerous computer applications
  • Demonstrated advanced usage of AI and the management of teams using AI
