About the role
- Responsible for duties that are necessary to follow up on patient accounts with a self-pay balance
- Printing and mailing medical records and itemized bills
- Process various patient-related activities including documentation distribution
- Review patient accounts for errors and collaborate with other departments for resolution
- Provide daily volume and workflow information
Requirements
- Less than 1 Year
- Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) required within 9 months of hire
- High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Experience
- Microsoft Office experience
- Revenue Cycle knowledge
- Valid Notary Public Certification
