  • Analyze historical data and staffing trends to forecast future operational needs.
  • Support the development, review, and implementation of Revenue Cycle metrics and reporting.
  • Identify, escalate, and partner with leadership to resolve service‑level issues.
  • Assist with strategic planning and ongoing process improvement initiatives.
  • Provide exceptional service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain ownership of assigned Revenue Cycle technologies and/or processes.

Requirements

  • Required License / Certification CRCR or other approved, job‑relevant certification (one certification required)
  • Experience 1–3 years of relevant Revenue Cycle or analytical experience
  • Education Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
