About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee all core insurance verification and authorization work
Accountable for onboarding all diagnostic and surgical service lines to EIQ Clear
Identify and implement strategies to improve processes
Promote operational efficiency and enhance patient experience
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
Lead and participate in modernizing Pre-Access functions
Organize functions with clear accountabilities and responsibilities
Develop and maintain an effective leadership team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years of leadership experience
5+ years of Revenue Cycle, Patient Access or Pre Access experience
Demonstrated advanced usage of AI
Experience in healthcare provider finance operations or similar service environment required
Strong executive presence
Demonstrated experience implementing strategic initiatives
Financial and project management experience required
Effective communication skills with ability to clearly convey information and ideas
