About the role
- Serve as a subject matter expert during new healthcare client implementations, ensuring accurate interpretation and validation of healthcare data.
- Work directly with client stakeholders in a client-facing capacity to troubleshoot issues, answer data questions, and confirm successful implementations.
- Validate healthcare datasets to ensure data quality, integrity, and readiness for downstream analytics and operational use.
- Apply hands-on knowledge of EMR systems.
- Translate healthcare and EMR data requirements into actionable technical solutions.
- Support Azure-based data integrations and pipelines used in client onboarding and implementation workflows.
- Collaborate with internal engineering, analytics, and implementation teams to resolve data issues and improve processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation standards, validation frameworks, and documentation.
- Participate in design discussions and reviews related to healthcare data use cases.
- Support the adoption of AI and machine learning tools to enhance healthcare data validation and implementation processes.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 Years
- Required healthcare data experience, including familiarity with healthcare-specific data structures and terminology.
- Hands-on experience working with EMR systems, with Meditech strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7.
- Experience working in client-facing, consultative, or implementation-focused roles.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Technical experience with:
- SQL and data validation techniques
- Azure tools (e.g., Data Factory, Databricks, Azure Functions, or similar)
- Python or equivalent scripting languages
- Interest in or exposure to AI and machine learning tools, particularly as applied to healthcare data.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with complex, regulated datasets.
- Ability to balance technical depth with customer service and support-oriented responsibilities.
